Welcome to the Yacht Club Courtyard Community Website. The Yacht Club is a community of Single Family, Townehome and Condominiums located in Colerain Township, OH. The community was developed by Fisher Homes. Construction began in 1992. Residents enjoy a variety of amenities including two ponds, tennis courts, a clubhouse and a pool.
 The Yacht Club Courtyard Condominiums are two bedroom / two bath homes that are perfect for young families, first-time home buyers, couples, singles, or retirees. Colerain Township is located in the Northwestern area of Hamilton County Ohio. The 2000 Census counted 60,144 people living in the Township, more than in any other Township in Ohio. The township is composed of 42.9 sq mi (111 km�) of gentle wooded hills separating the Mill Creek and Great Miami River basins, sloping down to the flood plain of the Miami. The terrain generally rises toward the north of the township. As of 1990, 29% of the township's land had been urbanized, and 15% developed as agricultural property, while half remained as woodlands. The township is crossed by Interstates 74 and 275, while the main north-south artery is Colerain Avenue (U.S. Route 27).
The Yacht Club CFA website has been replaced with two new sites, one serving Condominium residents, the second serving Townehome owners. We are in the process of making some changes to this site in an effort to taylor it to the needs of our Condominium residents. Townhome owners will have a new website that can be found at: www.YachtClubTH.com. While the old C.F.A. website no longer exists, homeowners of both the Courtyard and the Townehomes will continue to enjoy the convenience of Web based services and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center for important association documents and forms; obtain the latest copy of our community newsletter; utilize the member directory; and much more.
